We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who’s ready for their next move and wants to join a business that genuinely invests in its people. If you’ve worked in education, healthcare, or a fast-paced 360 recruitment role, this could be a brilliant opportunity. This role will be managing a Secondary desk with some exciting existing clients and huge potential for growth. The Role You’ll take ownership of a 360 desk with huge potential and the support to truly make it your own. You’ll build strong, long-term relationships with schools and candidates while driving your desk forward. There’s a clear pathway into Principal Consultant or Team Lead roles for those looking to progress. What You’ll Be Doing
Developing and growing an established client base Building meaningful, long-term partnerships Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates Managing the recruitment process end-to-end Delivering a consistently high level of service
