Senior Salmon, one of Mansfield and Ashfield areas leading specialist recruitment agencies, is expanding its well-established team.

The company was founded in 2012, building a reputation for its local knowledge and for its expertise in the engineering, manufacturing, production, warehousing, administration, and transport sectors.

Senior Salmon is now on course for a £16m turnover this year, and its continued growth means that there is a need to recruit an additional Senior/Recruitment Consultant.

The starting salary for this role is £40,000, plus holiday entitlement of 38 days per annum. A few added benefits include:

Teamwork is a crucial part of the Senior Salmon ethos, and many of the team have been with the company for more than 10 years.

Therefore, the ideal candidate is someone who has a real passion for recruitment and who loves what they do.

They will be supported by account managers who will carry out day-to-day tasks and offer assistance with all live vacancies.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
