Senior Recruitment Consultant – HR & Accountancy Sudbury, Suffolk | Office-based with flexibility | Uncapped commission from day one At Casanovas Recruitment, we do recruitment the right way. We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who’s ready to hit the ground running, build their own desk, and genuinely enjoy coming to work to recruit! What we’re looking for You’ll be someone who: * Has solid agency recruitment experience and can manage a full 360 desk * Is confident, comfortable, and used to business development * Loves networking, building relationships, and spotting opportunities * Is exceptionally proactive, self-motivated, and driven * Wants autonomy, ownership, and the freedom to grow, explore and add real value * Cares about quality, service, and long-term relationships – not just numbers If you’re the kind of recruiter who takes pride in doing things properly, being part of a small team and wants to work somewhere that values integrity over KPIs, you’ll fit right in.
