Build and manage an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates Consistently develop existing and new client relationships to maximize business opportunities and increase market share Manage a full‑cycle recruitment process Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results Lead complex negotiations Collaborate within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets Positively promote the 11 brand in the market Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters
