Responsibilities:
Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates
Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
Managing complex negotiations
Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
Supports manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.
What are we looking for?
Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets
You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency and have proven success
Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve both personal and team developmental goals
Someone who aspires to be a thought leader in their sector
