Placing candidates into established and newly developed accounts. Working on contract and permanent vacancies. Interviewing and registering suitable candidates. Ensuring all candidates undergo a “best candidate” experience. Working to pre‑agreed financial objectives. Arranging candidate interviews. Attending industry networking events. Being involved in business development. Mentoring and assisting junior staff members.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience working as a senior recruitment consultant within the energy, engineering, or data centre verticals. Experience engaging with senior level stakeholders. Experience winning new business and demonstrating successful billing figures. Excellent written skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player who is self‑motivated and driven. Happy to be on the telephone speaking to candidates and clients. Able to attend networking events as and when required. Ambitious and able to help develop junior recruiters.
