About the Role

We are working with an innovative engineering company specialising in high-performance RF, microwave, and millimetre-wave technology used in mission-critical communication systems.

They are looking for a Senior RF / mmWave Engineer with strong high-frequency circuit design experience using Altium. This is a hands-on role focused on the design, development, and testing of advanced RF/mmWave products.

Key Responsibilities

Technical:

Design and develop high-frequency RF and mmWave circuits, components, and subsystems Use Altium for circuit design and layout Carry out simulation, analysis, and performance optimisation Test, measure, and validate RF designs and hardware Troubleshoot complex RF issues Produce technical documentation (design reports, test plans, results) Ensure designs meet specifications and customer requirements Support proposals and customer-facing technical discussions
