Location: - East London
Salary: - £70,000 - £75,000 basic + Car or Allowance + Package
Hybrid working 3 days on site and 2 days working from home.
Role Description:
The Resolute Group is proud to be working in partnership with a Tier 1 contractor, delivering a range of infrastructure projects across the rail sector. We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for managing the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) subcontractor packages across railway stations and depots, with your first project based in East London.
Reporting into the Commercial manager, your role will vary on a day to day basis but could include:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the management of the M&E subcontractor package on-site, ensuring delivery aligns with programme milestones and KPIs. Oversee contract management aspects to ensure performance benchmarks are met, enabling payment clause triggers. Monitor subcontractor payments and contract amendments. Create financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders, including cash forecasts for your package of works. Act as the key liaison between the Commercial Manager, site team, and subcontractors for all M&E commercial-related matters.
