Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a solid M&E background and want to work on data centre projects? Are you ready to take your career international?

My client, a market-leading M&E contractor delivering high-value, technically complex projects across the UK and Europe. They are looking for an experienced Senior QS to join there commercial team on projects across Finland, Vienna, Amsterdam, and Norway.

Your Role:

• Manage commercial elements of large-scale M&E packages on hyperscale data centre builds
• Lead procurement, cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Ensure contract compliance
• Report regularly on cost performance, risk, and forecasts
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams across multiple jurisdictions

You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on major M&E projects
• Previous work on data centres or similar high-tech facilities (ideal)
• Strong commercial acumen, cost reporting, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work abroad.
