The business is expanding steadily and offers a genuine opportunity for the right Quantity Surveyor to grow into a leadership role and head up the commercial function as the company scales.
The Role
We are looking for an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for multiple fit out projects valued between £800k and £1.5m. You will work closely with the Directors and Project Managers, playing a key role in shaping commercial processes and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Full commercial management of fit out projects from pre-contract to final account

Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts
