Senior Quantity Surveyor – Tier One Main Contractor

London £85,000 – £95,000 + Package

We are working with a leading Tier One main contractor on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on high-profile London schemes.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead commercial activities on assigned projects from tender through to final account • Manage procurement and subcontractor packages, ensuring competitive pricing and delivery • Prepare and review cost plans, CVRs, forecasts and cashflows • Administer contracts (JCT/NEC) and manage variations, valuations and change control • Produce regular commercial reports for clients and senior stakeholders • Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team • Work collaboratively with delivery teams to optimise cost and programme outcomes

Candidate Requirements: • Proven experience as a Senior QS on large-scale construction projects • Demonstrable background working with Tier One/main contractors • Strong commercial reporting, forecasting and contract administration skills • Confident influencing across multi-disciplinary teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
