Tier 1 main contractor looking for a strong QS:

Location: Bermondsey

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to work on a range of exciting projects, managing costs, contracts, and commercial aspects from inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project budgets and cost control
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Working closely with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant qualifications (or equivalent experience)
