We’re currently recruiting two experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors for a well-established and highly regarded main contractor. These roles sit within a growing regional team covering projects across London and the Home Counties, delivering a mix of education, healthcare, leisure and public sector schemes, typically valued between £10m–£40m.

The successful candidates will play a key part in both pre-construction and live project delivery, managing commercial aspects from procurement through to final account.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing commercial delivery on large-scale construction projects
• Leading subcontractor procurement, cost planning, and contract administration
• Preparing and presenting accurate financial reports and forecasts
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
• Working closely with design, delivery, and site teams to ensure commercial targets are met
• Supporting junior staff and contributing to the wider commercial strategy

Ideal candidate profile:

• Strong experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor
• Proven ability to manage projects from early stages through to completion
• Familiarity with NEC/JCT contracts and frameworks
• Background in education, healthcare or public sector construction preferred
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach
