Senior Quantity surveyor Role

Their Current Projects range from £2 million to £20million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East have to offer.

You will be responsible for -

Procurement Cash flow forecasting Tender and contract documents Final accounts Contracts Valuations Variations Attend professional and client meetings Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule Mitigate commercial risksThe Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

5 years + Experience Non-negotiable - High End Residential projects Experience of working for a main contractor Excellent communication and negotiation skillsIn return
