This is a senior, client-facing role offering exposure to a wide range of projects and the opportunity to influence commercial outcomes from pre-contract through to final account.You will work closely with Lead Surveyors, Regional Directors, and senior leadership, delivering high-quality quantity surveying and commercial services while supporting the continued growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver full quantity surveying services from pre-contract through to post-contractPrepare estimates, Bills of Quantities, cost plans, and tender submissionsProvide commercial, procurement, and contract adviceManage cost control, value recovery, and cash flowAdminister subcontractor procurement and commercial managementPrepare valuations, financial reports, CVRs, and final accountsManage variations, claims, EOTs, and loss & expense submissionsSupport dispute resolution and claims preparationAttend client meetings and professionally represent the businessAssist with business development and client relationship managementExperience & QualificationsDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineRICS membership preferredStrong experience delivering both pre- and post-contract servicesCommercially astute with strong contract knowledgeConfident communicator with a professional, client-focused approachHigh level of IT and reporting capabilityAbility to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlinesWhats on OfferSenior role with real influence and responsibilitySupportive, forward-thinking consultancy environmentStrong career development and progression opportunitiesCompetitive salary packageOpportunity to work closely with clients and senior leadershipJBRP1_UKTJ
