What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing costs on multi-million pound packages
  • Working closely with project teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Visiting sites across London and occasionally popping into our Basildon HQ
  • Taking ownership of commercial reporting, valuations, variations & final accounts
  • Helping steer the commercial strategy for exciting, high-profile projects


What They’re Looking For:

  • A proven Senior QS (or a confident Project QS ready to step up)
  • Strong experience in drylining and facades.
  • Someone commercially astute, proactive, and team-minded
  • London-based, or able to travel into the city regularly
