A well known multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with offices across the UK and Europe are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Waterloo based team.

This well-respected business works across a number of private sectors but especially Industrial.

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

Manage cost control from inception to completion

*

Provide regular financial reporting to clients

*

Identify and assess financial risks associated with the project.

*

Advise on risk mitigation strategies.

*

Prepare cost estimates and budgets

Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need:

*

At least 4 years’ experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within the UK

*

Strong client-facing and communication skills

*

Proven ability to manage multiple projects

*

A proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented approach

*

MRICS preferred but not essential

*

M&E experience would be desirable but not essential
