Where will you be working? M Group Rail & Aviation - when it comes to rail, we deliver a variety of enhancement and infrastructure projects across all routes, both overground and underground. With over 40 years experience, were a trusted partner with the expertise to get the work done. What will you be doing? As a Quantity Surveyor you will support the delivery of a long-term rail maintenance framework , secured for the next 8 years . This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role responsible for pricing individual works orders issued under our framework agreement. All works are single-sourced and non-competitive, allowing the Estimator to focus on accuracy, compliance and value rather than bid positioning. You will be pricing works using a CESMM Schedule of Rates , with individual work orders typically ranging in value from £500 to £1m .
