We're searching for a chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a growing consultancy in Harrogate that offer excellent career progression opportunities. You'll work across healthcare, commercial, industrial, heritage, and residential projects of varying size and complexity.

About you:
Professional Chartership – RICS or equivalent
5+ years’ post-qualification Quantity Surveyor experience
BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar related degree.
Proven experience on private sector projects – Commercial, residential, industrial, retail.
Strong pre- and post- contract experience. JCT and NEC suite of contracts
A background in construction; solid understanding of tender processes.
The ability to manage a changing workload and a history of success delivering multiple projects.
Organised with the ability to manage your time and workload.
