Senior Quantity Surveyor - Developer - Wood Green

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + package (dependent on experience)

A leading property developer is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on a large new-build scheme in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an up-and-coming property developer.

The ideal candidate would be someone with experience of independently leading large scale residential schemes and managing a small team, they are open to a Project Surveyor stepping up as well provided they have the relevant experience.

Role Overview

- Title: Quantity Surveyor

- Project: New Build Residential Apartments

- Location: Wood Green

- Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + package

- Start: ASAP but they understand that they may have to wait for notice period

- Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

- Manage procurement and subcontractor packages

- Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments

- Support project reporting and cost forecasting

- Attend site and progress meetings with the wider team

- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

Requirements

- Established SQS with primarily residential experience

- Proven ability to manage large projects independently

- Proven ability to manage a small team

- Confident communicator with a proactive approach

- Ambition to grow within the business
