The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex infrastructure programmes. This is a senior, client-facing position that requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading on cost planning, commercial strategy, and procurement

Managing cost control across the full project lifecycle

Advising and engaging with senior stakeholders across major programmes

Supporting or leading key client relationships

Mentoring and contributing to the development of junior team members

What We’re Looking For

Proven Quantity Surveying or Cost Management experience in the UK

Strong NEC contract knowledge (essential)

Infrastructure sector expertise (rail, defence, utilities, etc.)

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
