Senior Quantity Surveyor – Partnerships

Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in residential construction and local to Birmingham?

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking full commercial responsibility for a Partneships development based in Birmingham
• Working closely with construction and technical teams to align tender requirements
• Placing and managing orders within strict budgets and to exact client specifications
• Arranging and attending pre-let meetings with subcontractors
• Processing fortnightly/monthly subcontractor payments

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A strong partnerships background is essential
• Volume background experience in the UK housing industry
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and budgeting skills
