We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis, delivering exceptional projects across the high-end residential, mixed-use, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sectors.The RoleLead on cost planning, budgeting, and financial control from inception through to completion.Manage procurement, tender processes, valuations, and final accounts.Administer contracts under JCT and NEC forms.Provide value engineering and risk management input to maximise project outcomes.Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure commercial objectives are met.Mentor and support junior team members as part of succession planning.About YouDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (MRICS preferred, not essential).Proven track record in high-end residential, mixed-use, or PBSA projects.Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of hitting the ground running.Why Join?Competitive day rate of £300–£500.Opportunity to transition to a permanent role within a growing business.Exposure to landmark developments in prime locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
