Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in large-scale UK infrastructure projects? This is your chance to join a leading international consultancy with a strong reputation in asset management and construction.
You'll have the opportunity to:
·Lead the commercial services on £100m+ infrastructure, utilities, and complex construction projects across the UK.
·Administer and audit NEC4 / NR / FIDIC contracts, showcasing your technical expertise.
·Lead and mentor a project delivery team, whether you're in a client-side or consultancy role.
·Work in a fast-paced environment where your advisory skills will be valued, as you structure evaluations and make impactful recommendations.
·Take on the responsibility of delivering high-quality service in challenging projects, driving successful outcomes for clients.
·Be part of a company that encourages proactive learning, development, and knowledge-sharing across projects. You will also have the chance to support bids for new work and mentor junior staff.
What you need to bring:
·Professional institution membership (APM, RICS, ICE, or similar).
·A strong background in leading commercial services for complex UK civil engineering or construction projects.
·A deep understanding of NEC4, NR, or FIDIC contracts.
·Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
·A proactive, organised, and commercially astute approach.
·The ability to become Security Cleared.
