Ready to take the lead on complex civils projects? This is a solid opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to step into a key commercial role on major infrastructure schemes. The work is hands-on and technically demanding involving deep groundwork, high-risk civils, and specialist packages that need clear thinking and tight commercial control. We’re after someone confident with NEC contracts, who can manage costs from pre-construction through to final account. You’ll be across everything cost planning, change management, contract compliance, and commercial reporting, making sure projects hit the mark legally, financially, and in terms of quality. You’ll be joining a well-established and respected contractor with a healthy pipeline of work. This is a role with proper visibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact, ideal for someone who knows how to take ownership and lead from the front.
