My client are a financially stable and very successful Regional Contractor who work across the North West. The company work on a mixture of refurbishment and new build projects across the North West to a value of £7/8m. They also operate on a number of frameworks.

They currently have a vacancy for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working within their Preston offices.
Your duties will include:
Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast for designated projects.
Prepare and submit monthly applications for payment to the Client/Client's representative.
Prepare monthly valuation reports.
Submit invoices for certified value and ensure payments are received on time.
Value and authorise payments to sub-contractors.
Liaise with Contract Managers to establish the project specification and requirements.
Attend and contribute to meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers when necessary, building relationships and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
