Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Council Offices, Frensham Street, Southwark, SE156TH

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £28.96 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities

Manage and supervise electrical projects.

Ensure compliance with wiring regulations and standards.

Oversee inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations.

Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Person Specifications

Must Have

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certification.

Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment.

Level 3 Inspection & Testing Qualification.

Nice to Have

Experience in managing electrical projects.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
