A leading demolition contractor is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their projects around Central London

Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 per annum

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee quantity surveying activities on 1-2 projects simultaneously (Value: £45m)
• Cost management and control
• Preparation of valuations and final accounts
• Contract administration
• Tendering and procurement
• Risk management and mitigation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of QS experience (demolition experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC)
• Proficiency in QS software
