The On-Site Group are looking for aSeniorQuantity Surveyor to work on a project atHounslow.

As anSeniorQuantity Surveyoryou will be responsible for:

• Identify commercial risks and protect company margin
• Support senior leadership with strategic commercial planning
• Oversee procurement, tendering & subcontractor negotiations
• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
• Monitor and report on project costs through all stages
• Assess and understand contracts to identify potential risks and liabilities
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Construction processes, regulations, and different building contracts.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software.
Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
Educational Background: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field required
