You’re an established Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in a variety of construction projects and have been involved within multiple projects, looking for a new challenge in a growing team.

You’ve worked within a busy commercial function, proven yourself to be a strong communicator by working with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience within tendering processes.

If you can:

Be a dedicated and results-driven surveyor with proven success in achieving profitable contracts. Have an analytical approach and excellent time management skills. Have strong commercial acumen with good negotiation skills. Liaise effectively with clients and architects to maintain/build robust relationships.

And be:

From a construction background with hands on experience of pre and post contract experience. Influential towards all levels of management. Motivated to manage and deal with change effectively. Knowledgeable within the industry and motivated to deliver a high level of service. Working knowledge of JCT contracts and NEC experience.

This role will be based in North Ayrshire, and would require you to be on site.
