Youll take charge of your own packages on a major, multi-disciplinary infrastructure programme, working closely with a team that values clarity, pace, and proper commercial rigour. YOUR NEW ROLE Running the commercial side of your packages with confidence and autonomy

Managing NEC Option A contracts properly, getting the notices right, keeping the process tight, and protecting value

Staying ahead of change: spotting it early, pricing it accurately, and getting it agreed

Keeping measurements and valuations sharp so the project always has a clear, honest commercial picture

Producing forecasts that actually mean something: highlighting risks, opportunities, and where the job is really heading

Preparing and reviewing payment applications, making sure theyre accurate and defensible

Building and maintaining cashflows that reflect whats really happening on the ground

Leading monthly CVRs and presenting the commercial position with clarity and confidence
