This is a rare opportunity to be part of a dynamic commercial team involved in impactful, multi-sector developments including residential care villages, hotels, and innovative client-led schemes.
You’ll provide full commercial oversight and support across projects, ensuring all contractual and financial matters are proactively managed. Reporting into the Commercial Manager/Director, you’ll be a trusted commercial partner to the wider project and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all commercial activities during design and pre-construction phases.

Support tender bid compilation, AMP submission, and early contractor engagement.

Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.

Prepare and submit interim valuations and financial reports.

Manage contract variations and final account agreements.

Administer and issue subcontractor payment notices in compliance with contract terms.

Support strategic decision-making through regular financial reporting.
*
Ensure contractual obligations and programme timelines are met.
