Your new company You'll be joining a leading organisation within the utilities and infrastructure sector, delivering major clean water and wastewater projects across the UK. Your new role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing commercial aspects of multiple projects, ranging from mid-sized to multi-million-pound schemes. You'll provide strategic commercial advice, oversee budgets and forecasts, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. You'll also support operational teams and lead a small team within the commercial department.

What you'll need to succeed A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.Strong experience in commercial management within civil engineering or utilities. Knowledge of NEC3 & NEC4 contracts (Options A & C), and ideally familiarity with IChemE, JCT, and MF1 forms of contract. Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, ICE) would be advantageous. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
