Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in retail projects and a clear progression path to Associate Director (AD). This role offers a hybrid working model, flexible hours, a company bonus, and opportunities for training and career development.

The successful candidate will work on retail projects from inception to completion, reviewing contractor proposals, raising purchase orders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role involves liaising with clients, stakeholders, and other departments, primarily in the office with some site visits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage retail projects of varying scope and scale
• Review and negotiate contractor proposals
• Raise purchase orders and manage project budgets
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
• Background in retail sector projects
• Ability to commute to Bristol
