Senior Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Reactive Maintenance £55k-£65 k + package Chippenham

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Property Services Contractor working on a social housing repairs and maintenance contract in Wilthsire. We are looking for a proven commercial professional with experience in social housing repairs contracts. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of reactive and planned maintenance as well as a comprehensive commercial understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost management, the CVR process and excellent client relationship skills. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, some of your responsibilities will include: Control all expenditure Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers Ensuring value for money & financial assessments Manage day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting Process Sub contractor requests for payment via application & invoice Attend project & company related meetings Ensure timely cash flow management Maintain & develop professional relationships with clients & customers Management of QS team
