As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll lead
commercial management across complex infrastructure projects , ensuring budgets are controlled, contracts are managed, and risks mitigated. You'll collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors, applying your expertise in
NEC contracts
to deliver high-quality outcomes. Projects You'll Work On
Get hands-on with
HS2
and major Network Rail framework agreements, delivering mechanical and electrical services into
large-scale, high-profile infrastructure projects . These projects offer variety, scale, and real impact on London's transport, power, and urban networks. Key Responsibilities Lead commercial management across
large-scale mechanical and electrical projects Manage budgets, contracts, and commercial risks, providing proactive solutions Oversee NEC contract administration and subcontractor agreements Collaborate across design, procurement, and delivery teams Mentor junior QS staff and support the development of the commercial team Who You Are
