Job Description
A leading demolition contractor is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their projects around Central London
Salary : £85,000 - £90,000 per annum
Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Start Date : ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee quantity surveying activities on 1-2 projects simultaneously (Value: £45m)
Cost management and control
Preparation of valuations and final accounts
Contract administration
Tendering and procurement
Risk management and mitigation
Requirements:
3-5 years of QS experience (demolition experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC)
Proficiency in QS software
