Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor - Leeds\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a busy office in Leeds, working on a MOD, volumetric modular build. You will be based from the office in Leeds, leading a project in Stafford, with site visits required once a week. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business, there are chances for the role to become permanent for the right person.  \n\nIf you're a commercially aware, reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in MOD or NEC 4 projects, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nRole Details:\n\n• Position: Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor\n\n• Duration: Ongoing, chances for a permanent contract  \n\n• Location: Leeds\n\n• Start Date: January 2025 \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n • Prepare and manage project cost plans, valuations, and final accounts\n\n• Assess subcontractor applications and variations\n\n• Provide accurate cost advice and reporting\n\n• Assist with procurement and tendering processes\n\n• Liaise with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure commercial objectives are met\n\nRequirements:\n\n • Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor\n\n• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes\n\n• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively\n\n• Available to start immediately or at short notice\n\n• Leeds-based or within a commutable distance
