across Cheshire and the surrounding region. Youll be a visible senior presence across multiple live contracts, working closely with operational leaders, clients and your own commercial team to drive performance, protect margin and maintain high standards across the region. CVRs, WIP, valuations, forecasting, cost control and risk Overseeing
subcontract procurement, payments and tender reviews Mentoring and developing junior commercial staff Working closely with operational teams and client representatives Driving strong commercial governance and KPI performance across the region What theyre looking for Degree qualified in
Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management Strong experience as a
Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor Background in
social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or retrofit Able to manage
multiple contracts or high-volume workstreams Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills Someone who wants a role with
