A leading UK property services contractor is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take commercial control of a high-value social housing portfolio across Cheshire and the surrounding region. Youll be a visible senior presence across multiple live contracts, working closely with operational leaders, clients and your own commercial team to drive performance, protect margin and maintain high standards across the region.
