The Role: Clinical Excellence & Leadership As a Senior Psychologist, you will be the clinical backbone of our psychological therapies, responsible for: Specialist Assessments: Interpreting complex data to provide high-level psychological assessments for patients. Supervision & Training: Mentoring healthcare and prison staff in trauma-informed care and overseeing doctoral-level training placements. Service Development: Contributing to regional and national policy, driving the evolution of our mental health service. Complex Interventions: Delivering evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, CAT, Schema, etc.) to forensic populations with high-risk behaviors. What Were Looking For Qualified & Registered: HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic). Forensic Expertise: Proven experience working with forensic populations and severe mental health difficulties. Therapeutic Depth: Training in specific modalities such as CBT, Systemic, DBT, or Mentalisation.
