Prioritiseriskmanagementthroughafulldocumenttrailandupdatingsystemsinaccordancewithchangesinlegislation
Deliveringahighlevelofcustomersatisfaction
OverseeingandinspiringAssistantPropertyManagersanddelegatingwherenecessarytomaintainservicelevels
AsaSeniorPropertyManager,youwillhave:
KnowledgeandexperienceofBlockManagementandtheresidentialpropertymanagementindustry
IdeallyTPIqualifiedorworkingtowardaprofessionalqualification
Anunderstandingofleases,ServiceChargeBudgetingandassociatedlegislation
Excellentorganisationalskillsandbeastrongcommunicatorwithabilitytobuildandmaintainrelationships
