Description Offshore Renewables division of a FTSE 100 energy business seeks a Senior Solicitor to support the business on major offshore projects. Hybrid - two days a week in a regional office required. An exciting opportunity to develop your legal skills in a high profile and rapidly evolving sector playing a critical role in supporting the transition towards net zero. Responsibilities

You will provide legal advice and support to various stakeholders Providing high quality legal support on a variety of construction and commercial matters for the development of new off‑shore projects and once operating. These may include FIDIC, NEC, Logic, O&M, design, supply and installation agreements. Gain a clear understanding of strategic priorities and assist in ensuring these are delivered. Engage and manage external counsel. Build and maintain good business relationships. Mentor and manage more junior lawyers in the team.

We are looking for

Qualified lawyer in either England and Wales, Scotland or Ireland Trained with a well‑regarded law firm or in‑house Confident solicitor with construction or commercial law experience Experience working on complex projects, with some exposure to renewable or offshore energy projects required Ideally experience drafting and negotiating various construction contracts such as FIDIC, NEC and O&M an advantage
