We’re now looking for a Project Manager (Estates) to join our Project Management / Operations team and lead the successful delivery of estates and facilities projects across our UK portfolio. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing
Lead estates and facilities projects end‑to‑end, from initiation through to completion and evaluation. Act as the central point of contact, coordinating internal teams, external contractors, and senior stakeholders. Develop project briefs, plans, budgets, and timelines, using structured project management methodology. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control to keep projects on track. Oversee procurement and tender processes, ensuring value for money and compliance. Provide clear, evidence‑based updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. Maintain accurate project documentation and complete robust project close‑out activities.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
Proven experience delivering construction, civil engineering, or estates projects, typically with budgets over £1m. Strong technical understanding of construction processes, legislation, and industry standards. Confident use of RAID management and structured project controls. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level. A proactive, solution‑focused approach and strong attention to detail. Experience with health & safety, procurement, contracts, and financial management. Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work and project management software. Professional qualification or chartership (e.g. RICS, CIOB, MICE, RIBA).
