Madison Berkeley are partnering with a leading project and cost consultancy who are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of key residential and education developments within a wider long-term regeneration programme. The role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met across multiple sites.

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone experienced in complex, multi-phase projects who can manage stakeholders, drive performance, and ensure smooth project delivery across residential and education sectors.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in project management
• Proven ability to lead major schemes through the full lifecycle
• Knowledge of JCT D&B contracts and procurement strategy
• Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills
• Chartered (MRICS, MAPM) or equivalent preferred
