Job summary – What to expect: As a Senior Project Manager in our Global Strategic Planning and Marketing Team, you will work closely with different functions to support LCM projects and processes, leading hands-on to drive, coordinate, and support LCM projects and project teams. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing complex LCM projects across cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, and Commercial. Driving execution excellence by applying project management best practices, tools, and frameworks. Identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve timeline development and monitoring, resource planning, risk management, and data analysis. Collaborating with the Global PMO function to pilot and scale AI tools that support smarter decision-making and operational efficiency. Developing and tracking time-to-market metrics, aiming for measurable reductions in milestone delays and completion timing. Mentoring and guiding junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Ensure alignment with other business processes and regulatory requirements. Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. A full job description is available upon request. About you: We are looking for someone with: 6+ years of project management experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related regulated industries. Proven experience implementing or working with AI tools or digital platforms to improve project execution or operational workflows. Strong understanding of product life cycle management, design control, medical device regulations, and commercialization processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions. Experience navigating organizational complexity and driving cross-functional alignment. Passion for mentoring and developing talent within the team. Strategic mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement. Demonstrated success in reducing time-to-market through process optimization and digital innovation. Experience with tools such as OnePlan, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms; familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning tools) is a plus. Experience and Education Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
