About Us
We are a leading contractor specialising in the delivery of large-scale, complex data centre projects across London and the South East. With a strong pipeline of high-value developments and a reputation for technical excellence, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of major data centre construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data centre build projects
Manage project teams, including site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants
Oversee programme, cost control, risk management, and procurement strategies
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company standards
Drive quality assurance and ensure successful project handover
Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks, and performance
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale construction projects (data centre experience highly desirable)
Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and complex building services
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value projects (£50m+)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Relevant construction qualification (e.g., degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar)
Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent)
Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience (e.g., NEC, JCT)
