Senior Project Manager – Strategic Technology Transformation

Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days onsite in The City, 3 remote)

Contract: 6 months, Inside IR35

Start: January 2026

The Opportunity:

A leading insurance organisation is embarking on a strategic technology transformation programme to modernise its systems and pricing architecture. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of this high-impact initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology change projects within a regulated environment. Oversee mapping of current systems and processes to inform future platform decisions. Drive governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at executive level. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain pace and quality.

Your Profile:

Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology change in Financial Services, ideally Insurance. Strong understanding of Broker environments (not underwriting). Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to operate with discretion.
