• Senior Project Manager – Wealth Platform Implementations
This role is ideal for an experienced project manager with a strong background in wealth platforms and implementation delivery. You’ll work cross-functionally and closely with internal teams and clients to manage end-to-end onboarding and change projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support pre-sales by mapping prospective clients’ business models and defining project approaches.

• Lead onboarding for new business to a comprehensive wealth platform, coordinating internal teams and ensuring alignment with standard services.

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables using robust project governance and documentation.

• Oversee testing, training, issue resolution, and client engagement during project execution.

• Act as a client advocate and work closely with SMEs to deliver exceptional service.

• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in wealth management and/or investment management industries.

• Proven track record delivering complex implementation projects, ideally within SaaS or BPO environments.

• Familiarity with UK regulatory frameworks and themes.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented working style.

• Experience across multiple wealth platforms preferred.
