Senior Project Architect

Senior Project Architect required for a luxury residential design & architecture studio based in West London. This role sits within the luxury residential architecture sector and focuses on leading the delivery of high-end private residential projects across prime London locations. The Senior Project Architect will oversee technical design development, spatial coordination and tender documentation while collaborating with consultants and mentoring junior team members. The position involves guiding projects through multiple RIBA work stages, ensuring design intent, buildability and technical quality are maintained across delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project delivery across multiple RIBA work stages
Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal design teams
Produce detailed technical and tender documentation packages
Develop complex joinery and interior architectural detailing
Mentor junior team members and support studio collaboration
Required Skills and Experience
RIBA Part III qualified Architect with 7+ years' luxury residential experience in London
Experience delivering projects across RIBA planning and technical stages
Strong joinery detailing and tender package preparation
Proficiency in ArchiCAD/AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning process
